Our modern shipping container lounge is an optional micro-space upgrade (VIP moments, getting ready touches, or a lounge retreat). Tent and shade solutions may be requested, subject to availability.

A. Vassé Rendezvous can comfortably accommodate events from 25 to over 500+ guests, depending on your layout and experience design. The venue can be configured for seated dinners, cocktail-style flow, ceremonies, staged entertainment, festivals, corporate activations, and multi-area experiences. Whether it's an intimate soirée or a high-energy celebration, as one of Fort Worth's most versatile outdoor venues, Vassé Rendezvous can flex with your vision. During a private walkthrough, we'll walk the grounds and show you how the space transforms for your guest count and event style at our Fort Worth's award-winning outdoor venue.
Q. How do I schedule a tour of Vassé Rendezvous?
A. Private Walkthroughs at Vassé Rendezvous are available by appointment only, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. To maintain the intimate, personalized experience we provide each prospective client, private walkthroughs are scheduled exclusively during these dedicated windows. The first step is to fill out our inquiry form to confirm fit and availability. We'd love to show you around Fort Worth's outdoor event and entertainment venue, to help you envision your celebration in our outdoor oasis.
Q. What is required to reserve my event date?
A. A 50% non-refundable deposit, a $300-750 refundable Damage/Trash Deposit, and a signed rental agreement are required to secure your date at Vassé Rendezvous. The deposit amount depends on the size of your event. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event and is non-refundable.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Our preferred form of payment is Zelle, Cash, and Certified check for all deposits and balances at Vassé Rendezvous.
Q. What is included in the venue rental fee?
A. Your venue rental includes exclusive access to Vassé Rendezvous grounds for your reserved rental time (which must include setup and breakdown), venue table and chair options, onsite restroom facilities (standard), open-vendor policy, an on-site venue manager, and complimentary on-site guest parking. Inclusions can vary depending on your event type, guest count, and layout needs, so you're only paying for what fits your vision. Optional enhancements and upgrades are available to elevate your outdoor experience, at an additional investment.
Q. Do you offer packages or add-ons?
A. Yes, we offer customized packages and optional enhancements based on your guest count, event duration, and experience goals. Add-ons may include table and chair options, linens, premium disposable dinnerware, shipping container lounge access (by request), luxury restroom trailer, wood-burning fire-pit access, geodesic dome rentals, shade and tent solutions, cooler fans and heaters, lawn games, and more - ideal for elevating celebrations at our DFW premier outdoor event venue. Select enhancements may be coordinated through licensed third-party rental partners, based on availability.
Q. May I use my own vendors?
A. Absolutely! We have an open-vendor policy where clients can use their preferred vendors and suppliers of choice, as long as they are licensed and insured.
Q. Does Vassé Rendezvous have a kitchen or prep area for catering?
A. No, there is no kitchen or prep area onsite. Professional caterers serving outdoor events at Vassé Rendezvous must come fully equipped with hot boxes, chafing dishes, and sterno warmers, and all necessary prep tools.
Q. What are the noise restrictions?
A. Music cannot be audible beyond Vassé Rendezvous venue grounds.
Q. What restroom facilities are available?
A. Onsite restroom facilities (standard portable outdoor units) are included in your rental. Luxury restroom trailers (2-4 stall) are upgrade options, subject to availability, and may be requested for an additional fee. These may be coordinated through Vassé Rendezvous or rented through your preferred vendor. If renting externally, your restroom vendor must supply their own generator.
Q. What is the policy on children?
A. Children must be supervised by adults at all times while on the premises.
Q. Are pets or animals allowed on the premises?
A. No, pets or animals are not allowed on the property to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
Q. Is alcohol allowed at Vassé Rendezvous?
A. Yes. We are a BYOB venue. Alcohol is allowed at Vassé Rendezvous for private events ,but must be served by a licensed and insured, TABC-certified bartender. Licensed security guards are required for any event where alcohol is served.
Q. Is parking available?
A. Yes, complimentary parking is available on-site in a designated area.
Q. What is your policy regarding weather? What happens if it rains?
A. Vassé Rendezvous is authentically outdoors, we highly recommend having a back up plan such as reserving a tent for peace of mind, especially during spring and fall/winter. No refunds are issued due to weather.
