The central gathering space --1,600 sq ft uncovered entertainment area with adjacent covered gazebo for music, dining, and performances. No walls. Open skies for ceiling. Fits (16) 60" round tables for seated dinners (128 guests) or 150+ for cocktail-style celebrations. String lights overhead. Towering oaks surrounding.
2. Shipping Container Lounge w/ Rooftop Deck
320 sq ft modern shipping container lounge with presidential double glass-doors and a rooftop deck with 360 view of the property. Lounge Area. VIP Space. A retreat within nature.
Available as an upgrade - perfect for VIP hosting, mini-private bridal suite, talent green rooms, or elevated cocktail experiences.
3. Firepit Zones
Four wood-burning fire pits zones. Ideal for evening gatherings, s'mores stations, or creating cozy lounge conversation areas for guests, especially after sunset.
4. Lakeside Ceremony Space
Exchange vows or celebrate with Lake Arlington in the background and mature oak trees framing the moment. Natural beauty does the work here.

A. Vassé Rendezvous is a 10-acre outdoor event and entertainment venue featuring serene manicured grounds, mature trees, lakeside view, and versatile spaces. Our open vendor policy, or flexible packages allow you to create a truly personalized outdoor event experience.
Q. How many guests can Vassé Rendezvous accommodate?
A. The venue can comfortably accommodate events from 25 to over 400+ guests, depending upon layout and experience type. Whether it's an intimate soirée or a hight-energy celebration, Vassé Rendezvous can flex with your vision.
Q. How do I schedule a tour of Vassé Rendezvous?
A. Site tours are available by appointment only, on Tuesdays and Thursdays., between 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. We do not offer weekend or off-schedule tours. We'd love to show you around.
Q. What is required to I reserve my event date?
A. A 50% non-refundable deposit, a $300-750 refundable Damage/Trash Deposit, and a signed rental agreement are required to secure your date. The deposit amount depends on the size of your event.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event and is non-refundable.
Q. What forms of payment do you except?
A. Our preferred form of payment is Zelle, Cash, and Certified check.
Q. What is included in the venue rental fee?
A. Venue rental includes access to Vassé Rendezvous grounds, the contracted rental time ( including setup, event, and cleanup), table and chair options, access to onsite portable restrooms, open vendor policy, onsite venue manager, and complimentary on-site parking. Add-ons are available at an additional cost. All rentals must include setup and breakdown time.
Q. Do you offer packages or add-ons?
A. Yes, we offer customized packages and add-on's such as tables, chairs, tablecloths, premium disposable dinnerware, shipping container lounge access, geodesic dome rentals, patio umbrellas, patio cooler fans and heaters, fire pits, lawn games, and more.
Q. May I use my own vendors?
A. Absolutely! We have an open-vendor policy where clients can use their preferred vendors and suppliers of choice, as long as they are licensed and insured.
Q. Does Vassé Rendezvous have a kitchen or prep area for catering?
A. No, there is no kitchen or prep area onsite. All caterers must come fully equipped with hot boxes, chafing dishes, and stereo warmers.
Q. What are the noise restrictions?
A. Music cannot be audible beyond venue grounds.
Q. What restroom facilities are available?
A. Vassé Rendezvous provides standard portable restrooms included in your rental. Clients may also rent luxury restroom trailers from their preferred vendors or through Vassé Rendezvous for an additional fee. If renting externally, vendors must supply their own generator.
Q. What is the policy on children?
A. Children must be supervised at all times while on the premises.
Q. Are pets or animals allowed on the premises?
A. No, pets or animals are not allowed on the property.
Q. Is alcohol allowed at Vassé Rendezvous?
A. We are a BYOB venue, alcohol is allowed but must be served by a TABC-certified bartender. Licensed security guards are required for any event where alcohol is served.
Q. Is parking available?
A. Yes, complimentary parking is available on-site in a designated area.
Q. What your policy regarding weather? What happens if it rains?
A. As an open-air venue, we highly recommend reserving a tent for peace of mind, especially during spring and fall. No rfunds are issued due to weather.
